The Future Village™- June 2025 Event

Last Updated: March 15, 20251. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and participation in The Future Village™ Event, taking place in Portugal from June 15-18, 2025. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms.
2. Ticket Pricing & Sales Period
Early Bird Tickets: $4,450 (available from March 15, 2025, until April 25, 2025).
Regular Tickets: $4,950 (available from April 26, 2025, until June 15, 2025, or until sold out).
Limited Availability: Only 30 tickets are available. Sales are on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment Methods: Accepted payment options include credit/debit card, bank transfer, and other methods listed at checkout.
3. Ticket Policy & Inclusions
Each ticket includes:
- Full participation in The Future Village™ June 2025 Event (June 15-18, 2025).
- Access to all workshops, mentor sessions, and experiences during the event.
- Accommodation & Meals for the duration of the event.
- Event materials and curated content as part of the experience.Tickets do NOT include:
- Travel expenses (flights, transfers, visas).
- Personal expenses or any costs outside the official program.4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
4.1. Cancellation by the Participant
Before April 15, 2025: Full refund minus a €250 administrative fee.
Between April 16 – May 15, 2025: 50% refund.
After May 15, 2025: No refunds will be issued.
4.2. Transfer of Ticket
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another participant no later than May 30, 2025. You must notify us at info@thefuturevillage.com with the new participant's details for approval.
4.3. Cancellation by The Future Village™
If the event is canceled by The Future Village™, participants will receive a full refund of the ticket price. If the event is postponed, participants will have the option to transfer their ticket to the new date or request a refund.
4.4. Force Majeure
The Future Village™ is not responsible for cancellations due to events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, travel restrictions). In such cases, refunds or alternative arrangements will be considered at the discretion of The Future Village™.
5. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to:
- Engage with an open mind and respect all attendees.
- Follow event guidelines and schedules.
- Comply with all local laws and venue regulations.The Future Village reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who violates these principles, without refund.
6. Liability & Assumption of Risk
Participants attend at their own risk. The Future Village™ is not liable for personal injury, lost/stolen items, or any unforeseen incidents that occur during the event. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to release The Future Village™, its organizers, mentors, and partners from any liability arising from participation in the event.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
By purchasing a ticket, you consent to The Future Village™ using your contact details for event-related communication. Event sessions may be photographed and recorded. By attending, you grant The Future Village™ permission to use images/videos for promotional purposes.
